Stephen Richards

Stephen has been at AO World for over 9 years and has held a number of roles. He is currently Director of Logistics for AO.de and is responsible for ensuring that AO customers get an exceptional delivery experience in its international business. AO’s philosophy is built around the customer experience and their in-house logistics is a key component of delivering that moment of difference for AO’s customers
