Since recently Head of the Digital Customer Experience (Web & Mobile) at Voyages-SNCF.com (4 billion turnover), Pascal Lannoo founded in 2011 the Mobile Business department of the Top 1 French e-merchant Voyages-SNCF.com whose mobile sales currently represent 25% of the global bookings. Pascal Lannoo counts as one of the pioneers of Digital in France. Already from 1999 he joined online sales structures (Uniondream.com, Clust.com, …) before becoming consultant in e-commerce and digital marketing (Ford, Redcats, Advancia Negocia, IRSN, Cengeps, Lapeyre), topics on which he spoke in France and abroad. He is the author of French Digital Marketing top sellers.
